Returns & Refunds

Because each TBRD item is custom-made and/or personalized specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect information submitted with an order, or other customer-provided errors.

Please carefully review all names, dates, colors, wording, photos, quantities, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error on my part, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Cancellations

Because design work and materials may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible. Once design work or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Mockups & Design Proofs

Mockups/design proofs are not automatically provided. If you would like to see a mockup before production, please request one when placing your order.

If a mockup or design proof is provided, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the time it is sent to approve the design or request revisions.

If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, the design will be considered approved and may be printed/produced as shown to prevent delays in completing your order.

Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, colors, wording, photos, and other design details when approving a mockup. Once a design has been approved or the 48-hour approval period has passed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Color & Design Variations

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the finished product due to differences in screen displays, printers, inks, materials, and production methods.

Because my products are custom-made, slight variations in placement, color, size, or other handmade details may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personalization and order information. TBRD is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
