By accessing this website or placing an order with TBRD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom & Personalized Orders

TBRD specializes in custom and personalized products. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including names, dates, wording, colors, photos, themes, quantities, and any other requested details.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. I am not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will make every effort to accommodate changes if design or production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Designs & Creative Discretion

Custom designs are created based on the information, preferences, photos, inspiration, and other details provided with your order.

Because custom design involves creative interpretation, the finished design may not be an exact reproduction of inspiration or reference images.

Specific design elements, placement, fonts, colors, embellishments, and materials may vary depending on product size, material availability, design requirements, and what works best for the finished product.

Mockups & Design Proofs

Mockups and design proofs are not automatically provided. If you would like to see a mockup before production, please request one when placing your order.

If a mockup or design proof is provided, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the time it is sent to approve the design or request revisions.

If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, the design will be considered approved and may move into production as shown to prevent delays in completing your order.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, photos, and other design details shown on a requested mockup. Once a design has been approved, or the 48-hour approval period has passed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, order size, customization, current order volume, material availability, and time of year.

Providing an event date does not automatically guarantee delivery by that date. Customers are responsible for placing orders with sufficient time for both production and shipping.

If your event is within the next 7 days, please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush fees may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, returned package, or requested reshipment may be the customer's responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because TBRD products are custom-made and/or personalized, custom orders are generally final sale.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and order errors are handled according to the TBRD Return & Refund Policy.

Product Appearance

Colors may appear differently on screens than they do on finished products due to differences in screen displays, printers, inks, materials, and production methods.

Because products are custom-made, slight variations in placement, color, sizing, embellishments, materials, or other handmade details may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Photos, Characters, Logos & Intellectual Property

TBRD does not claim ownership of any third-party characters, logos, trademarks, images, or other copyrighted material that may be provided or requested by a customer for use in a custom design. All rights to such material remain with their respective owners.

Any third-party images, characters, logos, or other protected elements used in a custom order are not being sold by TBRD as original TBRD artwork. Pricing for custom products reflects the materials, supplies, customization, design and production time, labor, and services involved in creating the finished item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permission to use any photos, logos, graphics, wording, or other materials they provide for customization.

TBRD reserves the right to decline any design request or submitted material when necessary.

Customer-Provided Photos & Materials

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, usable photos and other materials when required for customization.

The quality of the finished product may depend on the quality and resolution of the files provided. I cannot guarantee the appearance of low-resolution, blurry, heavily cropped, or otherwise poor-quality images.

By submitting a photo, image, logo, graphic, wording, or other material, you represent that you have the right or permission to provide that material for the requested use.

Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing inappropriate or unlawful content, orders I am unable to fulfill, unavailable materials, or circumstances that prevent me from completing the order as requested.

If I cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, any applicable refund will be issued.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The version available on this website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
